The South Florida Adventure Pass 2026 Is Back And It’s One of Summer’s Best Deals

Every summer, South Florida residents face the same problem: our days are longer, our time is less restrained, the heat is brutal, and keeping ourselves entertained without hemorrhaging money is a full-time job in itself. I, for one, have never been told that I wasn't needy nor that I don't require constant attention... and the men I date are aware of this fact. The South Florida Adventure Pass 2026 has been quietly solving that problem for partners, parents, and friends in such circumstances of having to entertain someone for over a decade, and for summer 2026, it’s back and better than ever.

Now in its 11th year, the pass bundles unlimited admission to five of South Florida’s most beloved attractions into a single purchase, valid from May 15 through September 30. Five destinations. Four and a half months. One price.

What’s Included

The 2026 pass covers:

Butterfly World (Coconut Creek):

The largest butterfly park in the world, with open-air aviaries housing 20,000 exotic butterflies and tropical birds. The Research Facility lets you watch the full butterfly life cycle up close, which is the kind of thing that genuinely stops adults in their tracks, not just kids.

Flamingo Gardens (Davie):

Established in 1927, this is one of the oldest botanical gardens in South Florida. Live animals, towering trees, and a sense of history that most tourist attractions can’t fake.

Museum of Discovery and Science (Fort Lauderdale) MODS is a Fort Lauderdale institution. More than 150,000 square feet of interactive exhibits, STEM programming, wildlife habitats, and the AutoNation IMAX 3D Theater with a screen large enough to show a whale life-size. It draws over 450,000 visitors a year for a reason.

An Everglades airboat ride is one of those things that sounds touristy until you’re actually out on the water, gliding over sawgrass with an alligator thirty feet away. Worth it every single time. Florida residents who purchase at the park also receive a complimentary annual pass for 365 days.

New to the pass this year, Zoo Miami adds an entirely different kind of wild to the mix with expansive animal habitats and one of the most respected zoo collections in the Southeast.

The Math Makes Sense

At $60 per adult (13+) and $50 per child (ages 3-12) plus tax, this pass pays for itself after a single visit to two attractions. Visit three times and you’re deep in the black. The unlimited admission model means you can go back when the mood strikes — you’re not racing to squeeze everything into one exhausting day.

Already a member or annual passholder at one of the participating parks? You can upgrade for $50 per adult and $40 per child. That’s a strong deal.

Why It Works for South Florida Specifically

This region has a complicated relationship with summer. The heat keeps people indoors. Tourism drops. The city becomes quieter — and in some ways, more itself. The Adventure Pass leans into that. These are places that South Floridians often talk about visiting but keep putting off. The pass creates a reason to actually go, and the unlimited model means you’re not dreading the price tag every time you make the trip.

There’s also something worth saying about the mix of experiences here. Butterfly World is meditative. MODS is loud and kinetic. An Everglades airboat is genuinely thrilling. Flamingo Gardens feels like a secret the city has been keeping. That range is intentional, and it works.
